  • Processing time: bKash within 15 minutes, Nagad within 20 minutes, Rocket within 30 minutes
  • To your registered number: Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered to your account
  • KYC Mandatory: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
  • Betting using software bots or automated systems

  • Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities
  • Colluding with teams or groups to bet against each other (collusion)
  • Unauthorised use of ja9's brand or logo
Result: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time. ja9 also reserves the right to close accounts for specific reasons.

If you close the account yourself:

  • Contact support or use the self-exclusion option yourself
  • Withdraw your current balance (bonus terms apply)
  • A support request must be submitted to reactivate a closed account

If ja9 closes:

  • If evidence of a rule violation is found
  • If identity verification fails
  • If suspicious financial activity is detected
  • In cases of extended inactivity (12 months)

If the account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
